You give us: your name, email address, business name and website, and anything you write in a contact or assessment form. When you subscribe, you provide your email and payment details.

Collected automatically: basic, privacy-friendly usage data (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate region) through Vercel Analytics, which we use to understand and improve the site.

Payment information: card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. Core City never sees or stores your full card number.

To provide and operate Saystage and your website; to respond to assessment requests and support questions; to process subscription payments and send receipts; to send service-related messages; and to maintain the security and performance of our services. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with the providers that help us run the service, each under their own privacy and security commitments:

• Stripe — payment processing and billing.
• Supabase — account authentication and data storage.
• Resend — transactional and account email.
• Vercel — hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a business transfer (e.g. a merger or acquisition).

We use Vercel Analytics, which is designed to measure traffic without tracking you across other sites. Essential cookies may be used to keep you signed in. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time. Depending on where you live (including California and the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, such as the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — Core City does not sell or share your personal information. We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
